A little bit about me...

Katy Wood is a native to the Southern Utah area and has lived in almost every part of town. Living in a fast-growing city and being around construction most of her life, she has always been drawn to the real estate market. After receiving her Bachelor's degree from Dixie State University, she worked for several years in the marketing and design industry. When Katy purchased her first home, she fell in love with the entire home-buying experience. She knew that she wanted to help others find their own dream home! Katy is a great listener and loves helping others by identifying their exact wants and needs. She is dedicated to providing her clients with the best possible service, and making their home-buying or selling experience a truly positive one. When she is not working, Katy loves spending time with her husband and daughter, doing yoga, be outdoors, or playing with her dog Jagger.
