Since graduating with a degree in Finance from the University of Utah in 1985, Alan has been involved in the real estate industry in one way or another. He worked as a commercial agent in the Salt Lake area for a number of years and later as a commercial appraiser. 

In 1995, Alan and his family moved from Salt Lake to St. George. While in St. George he started and ran a small service business while continuing his real estate career. Alan has extensive experience in the St. George real estate market and has been involved with a wide variety of sales, including homes, condos, residential and commercial development land, and multi-million dollar commercial investment properties. 

Alan's philosophy and definition of success may be different than some. He believes success means doing the best he can to represent his clients while providing first class service. It is important that he responds to all of the needs of his clients quickly and personally. Southern Utah is one of the most beautiful places in the world and Alan feels lucky to be able to sell pieces of it to the world.
