A little bit about me...
Charlotte, a proud transplant from South Carolina to St. George in 2004, has deeply rooted herself in the heart of Southern Utah. Armed with a degree in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University, she brings a unique blend of local insight, global connections, and a generous helping of Southern hospitality to her real estate career.
Alongside her supportive husband, Jack, and their son, Daniel, who manages local rentals, Charlotte is a dedicated community leader. She actively serves on committees for her church and has held esteemed positions such as the local president and state treasurer of the Women's Council of Realtors. She's also assumed the role of chairperson for the public relations committee of the Washington County Board of Realtors and has chaired their education committee. She currently is Assistant Governer for Rotary International and on.the board of directors of Root for Kids. Charlotte's passion for education shines through her extensive list of designations, which include being an Accredited Buyers Representative, Certified International Property Specialist, Professional Management Network member, certified as ePro, and a Graduate Realtor Institute designee.
With over 13 years of real estate experience, Charlotte finds joy in helping her clients navigate the intricate journey of real estate transactions. Her background in industrial engineering uniquely complements her real estate career, allowing her to approach challenges with a logical and proactive mindset. She's become a magnet for investors who appreciate her in-depth knowledge of Self Directed IRAs, 1031 Exchanges, and rental properties. Residential clients can trust in her extensive social network and her knack for finding the perfect fit for their needs. In her role, Charlotte prides herself on being an information provider rather than a typical 'salesperson.' She draws upon her Southern upbringing, valuing respect and unwavering ethics when negotiating on behalf of her clients. Most recently, Charlotte has embarked on a new venture, Desert Sky Property Management, to address the specific needs of her investor clients.
