A little bit about me...

Since 2003, David Ellis has built his business and reputation on integrity, hard work, and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service. Known for his attention to detail, marketing expertise, and care for his clients, David has consistently ranked among the top-producing agents in Southern Utah.

Before founding The Agency St. George, David owned and operated RE/MAX First Realty for more than a decade, gaining deep experience across every facet of the market-from luxury estates and new developments to custom homes and investment properties. He holds several respected designations, including Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and Certified MD Agent, reflecting his commitment to ongoing growth and professionalism.

A graduate of Brigham Young University, David has served as President of the Washington County Board of Realtors, Board member of The Sharing Place, and has long been involved with local school, church, and youth organizations.

David loves to travel, and loves the beauty of Southern Utah. He enjoys hiking, biking, running, skiing, and boating - and brings that same energy and focus to his work: thoughtful, responsive, and dedicated to helping his clients achieve their goals.
