A former trainer and coach for both Century 21 and ERA, she continues to guide top-producing agents and remains a lifelong student of the market. With a degree in Physics, she brings an analytical approach to tracking market cycles and modeling investment strategies-ensuring her clients are always a step ahead. 

About four years ago, Jessica turned her focus to resort residences, recognizing a shift from vacation rentals to luxury, lifestyle-driven properties.
