Margie Hare is one of the few Southern Utah natives that was both born and raised in St. George, where she still works and lives today. Starting her career in real estate at the age of 21, Margie started out working for a builder at a 55+ Active Adult Golf community. Her hard work and dedication eventually made her principal broker by the age of 25. Over her 23-year career, Margie has managed a brokerage and has sold over $300 million in real estate to date. Margie has built a clientele base that has become like family. Her successful career is based almost exclusively on positive referrals from past clients which to her is the highest form of praise she could receive. A positive referral demonstrates that her clients trust her enough to work with their closest family and friends. 

Margie made the move to The Agency St. George when she realized their top level of professionalism in the real estate industry. She saw the power that a brand can have in helping to serve and connect clients, as well as giving back to the same communities that they also live in and serve. Deeply involved in her own local St. George community, Margie has served on the Public Relationship Committee with the Washington County Board of Realtors and is listed among the top agents in Southern Utah. 

When she isn't selling real estate, you can find her exploring the red rock desert of Zion National Park soaking in the 300 days of annual sunshine to be had in Southern Utah. Margie loves that she can enjoy area biking, hiking, horseback riding, sightseeing, and dining all right out her front door. Having traveled the world to over 25 different countries, Margie has also had the opportunity to skydive, parasail, SCUBA-dive, trek on a glacier, ride elephants, and travel via dog sled. She has run five marathons, participated in bike races and triathlons, hiked to Machu Picchu, and most recently rappelled off an arch. Margie is not one to shy away from a new challenge and utilizes her broad and varied life experiences and adventures to her advantage while navigating the fast-paced and ever evolving real estate industry. 

An energetic broker known for her extensive knowledge of the St. George area and her unmatched devotion to her clients, Margie has earned the respect of her fellow sales associates and clients by always offering candid advice, going to bat for her clients and never shying away from the truth.
