She also brings a background in sales, design, and branding, precision that shows up in every listing she stages and every campaign she builds. Bryon's roots run even deeper: his family has called Southern Utah home for generations. That lifelong local knowledge, of neighborhoods, land, and where the region is headed next, shapes every property he shows. Laren's own family history runs just as deep. Her great-grandfather pulled the very first building permit in St. George, a legacy she carries into how she guides clients today.
